The Ultimate Egg Rolls Sauce Recipe
Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup fresh chili 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 cup fish sauce 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder Tapioca Starch - 2 tbsp. Garlic - 6 cloves Carrot slices in small pieces - 1/4 cup Hot water 3-1/2 cups
Directions:
Using a pan with medium heat melt the sugar
once melted
add water, allow to boil until liquid,
add chili pepper, salt, chicken bullion
Cook until peppers float, then strain the peppers out, set aside.
add fish sauce, vinegar then remove from heat
throw in carrots while hot, add your hearts desire of garlic
Stir
Mix Tapioca Starch with water, add to sauce
Stir
Smash chili
Taste test!
